Learn to trust your intuition and to honor the requests from your body like setting boundaries, going after your desires, and honoring your body cues like resting. Learn to trust yourself and your choices.
Tools that can be practice during session include somatic practices, breathing, movement, dancing, meditation, connecting to nature, music, drumming, humming, singing, and nurturing self touch.
