It would be an honor to support you or your family member with end of life supportive services. Below is a sample list and description of the support I offer. Please know that it is my intention to support you based on what YOU need. We can go over that in more detail during our consultation call.
End of Life Support
End of Life Planning- I support people through exploring end of life options, connect you with resources based on your needs, and provide assistance with advanced care directive paperwork, and final arrangements. I can also help you figure out who you want to be supported by and create care plans to share with your loved ones. It is important to me that your wishes and agency are honored and respected.
Legacy Projects- If we think of life as a great show, what do you want as your final act? I can support you in finishing or starting projects that can share about your life and that others can remember you by. These projects can be anything you desire. For example, making a video, creating an art project, writing letters to loved ones, leaving advice and guidance for the future generations, or writing your own obituary.
Vigil Support- I will help you and your family members create a plan for when you are actively dying. What music do you want to listen to? What scents do you want in the room? Who would you like there with you? I want to make sure that you and your caretakers feel supported through it all. I can be there with you if you need that support or guide your loved ones through it from afar.
Ritual and Ceremony Guidance- Through this offering, I would help you plan and create rituals to honor and tend to death, and all the emotions and changes that come along with it. I can be part of the ceremonies and rituals if needed and/ or guide your loved ones through it. I can also help you plan for memorial services or celebration of life ceremonies.
Prayer for your transition- I pray for an easy and loving transition to the after life for all my clients. I light a candle on my own and I am also open to praying together with your family and loved ones.
PRICING
My hourly rate starts at $50. I want these services to be affordable and accessible to everyone. I want everyone to feel supported through their death or the death of their loved ones. If you need a more flexible option, I am willing to work with your budget. Let’s talk about it more during our consultation call.
