This is a space that is centered to Queer and Trans people, and/or people who are Black, Indigenous, Melanated, people of the global majority, or people of color. Mask wear is required. I will provide some if needed. There is a max capacity for 5 participants per group. The space is wheelchair accessible.

I will guide us in gentle movement and somatic practices to connect to our bodies and express our emotions. I will also guide us to connect to each other’s presence and be witnessed by one another. I will also have an opportunity to pick from oracle cards that can guide us throughout the session.

I will offer prompts as options and I ultimately invite you to honor your body, accessiblity, creativity, and capacity and move in ways that feel resonant for you.
