HOW I FACILITATE THE SESSION:

it is very important for me to help people learn how to connect to their loved ones in spirit. During the session i will guide you into practices that will help you get into a meditative state so you’re able to perceive your spirits. I will also connect to them and express the messages that i sense/hear/see. I set the intention to connect only to the spirits that love you, support you, and guide you in the easiest and safest way for you. Please know that we might connect to spirits that you knew when they were alive, or to distant ancestors/guides you might not know. please be open to connecting to the spirit that you are meant to at this time. The session can take place virtually or in person in my home in La Mesa, CA (only if we’ve met already. This can include 1:1 or virtual/in person offerings).
